Happy Pixels is currently operated by Levente Koncz personally. There is currently no registered company or registered trade/business behind this website.
2. What data is collected
If you use the Early Access form on this website, we collect the email address you voluntarily submit.
We do not ask for a name, password, payment details, or account information on this website.
3. Why we collect it
We use your email address to:
- provide Happy Pixels launch updates,
- send Early Access information,
- send Happy Pixels-related offers.
4. How your email is processed
When you submit the Early Access form, the following happens:
- Your browser sends the email address securely via HTTPS to the Happy Pixels Cloudflare Worker.
- The Cloudflare Worker forwards the email address to Brevo.
- Brevo stores the contact in the “Happy Pixels Website” list.
Cloudflare provides the Worker that receives the form submission. Brevo stores the contact and is used to manage the Early Access list and related email communication.
5. Purpose of the Early Access list
The Early Access list is used to inform you about the Happy Pixels launch, Early Access opportunities, and Happy Pixels-related offers.
6. Website hosting and what we do not do
This website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages.
Based on the current website, we do not:
- create user accounts or require login,
- process payments,
- run website analytics tools,
- run advertising trackers,
- set our own tracking cookies,
- intentionally collect other personal data beyond the Early Access email,
- sell your email address.
7. Cookies and external links
The Happy Pixels website does not currently set its own analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not load analytics or advertising scripts as part of the site’s own code.
TikTok and Instagram appear on this website only as external links. If you open those links, those platforms may process data under their own privacy policies. We do not send your Early Access email address to TikTok or Instagram through this website.
8. How long we keep your email
We keep your email address in the Early Access list for as long as it is needed to send launch updates, Early Access information, and related offers, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
9. Unsubscribe and your rights
You can unsubscribe from future Early Access emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in those emails (where provided by Brevo), or by contacting us.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
